Calvary Care

Helping You Find Your Place in God's Story

You don't have to go through
hardships alone.

As we read through God's word, we notice that Jesus didn't do life alone. Even his hardest moments in the garden and at the cross He was surrounded with community.

Our desire through Calvary Care is to make sure you don't walk through life alone, especially your toughest seasons.

Whether you're facing a terminal illness, job loss, death in the family, or just need prayer and guidance, we want to walk with you, pray with you, and surround you during this season.

No request is too big or small.

Grief Group

For 9 consecutive Sunday afternoons, we will read and discuss the questions at the end of each chapter of "Dark Clouds, Deep Mercy" by Mark Vroegop.

The questions are very good and will prompt us to share our grief, which should bring us all a lot of healing. And if you just want to come and listen, you are free to do that as well. You will not be required to share.

In preparation for the group, I encourage you to purchase "Dark Clouds, Deep Mercy" and start reading it on your own. This is a book that you are probably going to want to read multiple times.

This group is meant to be both educational and highly supportive as we work through our grief together. If you know of anyone else who you think might benefit from a group like this, feel free to invite them.

Also, if you cannot make all the sessions, that is ok. It is not a class but a support group, and thus, you can miss it without guilt.
