groupFINDER LIVE is a brand-new, one-night event designed to help people get connected to a small group at Calvary Chatt.

During the event, we create a welcoming, relationship-focused environment where you can meet small group leaders and learn about their groups—including the curriculum they study, when and where they meet, and what the group dynamic is like.

A warm welcome and a room full of more than 40 different small groups that would love to meet you!

Based on your registration form, the smallGROUPS team will also recommend a few groups that may be a great fit, helping make your search a little easier.

You'll have the opportunity to talk with as many group leaders as you'd like, ask questions, and get a feel for which group might be the best fit for you.

Yes! We'll have a delicious spread of heavy hors d'oeuvres and refreshments prepared by Common Table waiting for you when you arrive.

Absolutely! Childcare is available during the event, and we'll even have pizza ready for the kids.

No. groupFINDER LIVE is designed as a come-and-go event. Stay as long as you'd like and visit as many groups as you have time for.

Nope! While many people do decide to join a group during the event, you're welcome to take some time to pray and think through your decision before committing. We simply want to help you find the right fit.

The registration fee helps offset the cost of the meal and childcare provided during the event.

Over the past few years, many of our existing small groups have expressed a desire to welcome new people into their groups. Because of that, we've shifted our focus from launching a new batch of brand-new groups to helping people connect with openings in our current groups.

That said, there will still be a few brand-new groups and a number of short-term groups (8-12 weeks only) that will also be available at groupFINDER LIVE.

Absolutely! groupFINDER LIVE is simply the best opportunity to explore the widest variety of available groups all in one place.

After the event, any remaining group openings will be available through our online groupFINDER beginning in September.

There isn't a "perfect" small group—but there is likely one that's a great fit for where you are in life.

As you register, we'll learn a little about you and recommend a few groups based on your stage of life, interests, and preferences. From there, you'll have the opportunity to meet the leaders, ask questions, and choose the group that feels like the best fit.
