Al and Shelly founded Lasting Impressions camp in Zimbabwe. LI provides transformational learning opportunities through educational camps, corporate and community events and inspirational retreats.
Their desire is that each guest would have experiential knowledge that they are uniquely loved and valued by God.

Caleb serves at Youth With A Mission (YWAM), a youth-focused, missions movement that touches most nations on earth. Having served as a church planter in the Middle East, Caleb seeks to multiply more missionaries through leading discipleship schools out of Kona, Hawaii, where he helps train, teach, launch, and support individuals and teams living in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

Pastor Jeff and Nicole Stone planted Calvary Chapel La Esperanza in Xela, Guatemala in 2010 and what has happened since then is nothing short of miraculous! Calvary Chapel La Esperanza has grown into a strong community of faith that has planted other Churches, raised up Pastors, restored marriages and also started a school called Calvary Christian School that is raising up the next generation of disciples that will impact Guatemala and beyond. Pastor Jeff and Nicole and the ministry in Guatemala bring Matthew 17:20b to life, “If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you”. Since 2010 God has moved some extraordinary mountains in Xela, and we could not be more excited to partner with them. Avishalom leads Tents of Mercy, a Messianic congregation that seeks to build up local Israeli believers and prepare them for the return of the Messiah. Tents of Mercy is home to a Messianic synagogue, warehouses for humanitarian aid distribution, and pro-life counseling.

Pastor Vakif leads Netzer HaGalil (Branch of Galilee), a Russian-speaking, Messianic congregation in Nazareth. Netzer Hagalil is a daughter congregation of Tents of Mercy. Along with their weekly gatherings, they also run a soup kitchen, providing over 1,500 hot meals each month.

Born just outside of Bethlehem, Bassam Bannoura has committed his life to serving the Lord in his home country. For the last 30 years, Bassam has been a teacher in a Bible college, a pastor of an Evangelical church, an author of multiple books, and the director of a ministry reaching Muslims in the Middle East.

Peppo and Jane, part of our Calvary Chatt family, desire to see Italians move away from empty traditions and into a vibrant personal relationship with a living God. They seek to empower and raise up leaders in both the marketplace and the next generation through home fellowships and church planting.

David and Denae lead and serve the body of Calvary Chapel Torino, a church that proclaims the Gospel to those in their community. Through their ministry, they seek to disciple believers and to join God in His greater work in Torino and beyond.

Lorenzo serves as the pastor of Calvary Chapel Ferrara, while Bethany leads the children’s ministry. Together they share a vision for the church to see men, women and children discipled and raised up to grow deeper in their walk with the Lord.

Pastor Landon and Rachel Rogers have been serving at Calvary Chapel Feltre, since 2018. They have three wonderful children Avila, Holden and Lucy and as a family they have been bringing the light of Christ to a city that desperately needs it! Calvary Chapel Feltre is one of our strategic partners in Northern Italy. We believe that Italy is ripe for revival and that Feltre is an integral part of that plan. Calvary Chapel Feltre is the first Evangelical Church in the history of the city, and Feltre, we believe will serve as a major hub for other Churches to be planted in Northern Italy. Please keep their family and the Church in Feltre in prayer as they continue to serve Christ faithfully.

Pastor Tyler and Alyssa are serving in Northern Italy at Calvary Chapel Montebelluna. Tyler just stepped into the role of Senior Pastor and we are excited to see how God will use him to shepherd His flock and reach the lost for Christ. They are committed to the church’s mission to share the gospel and make disciples, with a burden to raise up young Italians to know and serve Him. Tyler, Alyssa and their daughter Eloise would cherish your prayers as they serve Christ in Italy!

After serving with Cru on a Calvary Chatt short-term mission trip, Brandon’s heart was captured by the needs of the teenagers he met in Los Angeles. He transitioned out of his career in Georgia and now serves full-time with Cru, bringing the love and hope of Jesus to the 1.5 million high school students of LA and Orange County.

David is a full time Cru missionary serving as a campus director for several high schools across the metro LA and Orange County areas. His desire is to help kids on every high school campus hear the gospel and to give everyone an opportunity to find and follow Jesus.

Hung and Angie have served with Cru for the past 22 years and Hung currently serves as the City Director for Cru High School Los Angeles. Their passion is to help bring the love and truth of Jesus to teenagers around their city and the world. Their family embraces the messiness of ministry and loves sharing life with the staff, college students, and teens in which they have privilege of serving and leading.

Casey has been a part of Cru since he fell in love with Jesus in 2005. In 2010, he joined Cru in a part-time capacity, serving in Chattanooga. In 2013, the Lord gave him a burden to move to L.A. to pursue the over 1 million unreached teens in the greater Los Angeles area!

The Clark Family serves in an immigrant community in Southern California. They are seeking to raise up disciple-makers amongst Middle Eastern families who are far from God. They engage the culture through English tutoring, soccer clinics, media, park outreach, and connecting with families in their apartment complex.

The Gitgood Family was sent out by Calvary Chatt in 2017 to engage Muslim communities in the U.S. through education, service, and relationship-building. Their work includes teaching handyman skills to men, tutoring in ESL and Citizenship, and utilizing their “tent-making” jobs to build relationships and share the gospel. Their desire is to see a Disciple Making Movement catalyzed among Muslim immigrants, who themselves take the gospel back to their home countries.

The Broadwells serve with a local Albanian church where they disciple believers and lead outreach in the community. Their primary focus is on working with youth and university students, building relationships, and facilitating Bible studies.

The Bucurs have been involved in Romanian missions since 1995. They started leading summer camps for children from state orphanages. During this time, they discovered a large population of abandoned children living in institutions & on the streets—their lives often cut short by hunger, illness, neglect, and exploitation. They founded Pathway to Joy Ministries in 1997 with the vision to empower the community to care for orphan children and families in crisis. Their heart is to connect people to Jesus and His power to transform lives, ultimately for eternity!

Nathan and Courtney are the ministers of Downfield Mains Church in Dundee, Scotland. Once known as the “Land the Book,” much of the Christian heritage of Scotland has been forgotten. As the McConnells share the gospel in one of the post-Christian nations of Europe, they are seeing kingdom-transformation as the Word goes forth.

Open Eyes accelerates the sharing and teaching of the Good News of Jesus Christ to some of the most unreached and underserved peoples of the world. They do so through biblical training and discipleship, by providing transportation for their leaders, and by meeting the physical and emotional needs of the communities.
